Discussed homelessness in Torrance and the South Bay with California Attorney General Rob Bonta, LA County Supervisor Janice Hahn, Torrance Mayor George Chen, Redondo Beach City Attorney Mike Webb, State Senator Steve Bradford and others. I discussed my bill AB 2220 to establish a state homeless court grant program to replicate the successful Redondo Beach homeless court.
